Nurture your soul Experience the Science of
Vedic Healing
Welcome

First of all, a warm welcome to this page.  With over 20 years of experience in the Vedic field, Bhagavatamrita would like to introduce you to the Science of Vedic Healing.  Through Ayurvedic Counselling, Massage, Sound Therapy and Yoga, Bhagavatamrita makes this extraordinary science both accessible and relevant to people from all walks of life.

Why return to natural therapies?

With the rising cost of prescriptions, worries about health care access, valid concerns of serious side effects, and the general lack of information about what happens when several prescriptions are combined, it’s no surprise that people are looking for a better way to maintain their health.

Over the past 35 years, people have suffered from a largely hidden epidemic of side effects from drugs that usually have few offsetting benefits. The pharmaceutical industry has corrupted the practice of medicine through its influence over what drugs are developed and how they are tested.

There is now a demand for an alternative, for medicine that is natural, non-toxic and non-invasive. Ayurvedic practitioners are taught to use methods that build on the extraordinary ability of the body to heal itself.

What are the Vedic Sciences?

The various systems of Vedic science present universal truths, as well as principles and practices for living in harmony with those truths.  The Vedic approach is both unique and all-inclusive, and presents us with extraordinary and powerful tools to enable us to shape our lives according to highest self-awareness.

Vedic sciences encompass all the ordinary sciences including physics, astronomy, geology, biology, medicine, and psychology.  Vedic sciences do not exclude the knowledge and discoveries made by modern science, but seek to integrate these into a higher science of consciousness.

The Vedas have their own corresponding ‘Vedic technologies’, consisting of the tools and practices discovered by the Vedic sciences for accessing the inner world of consciousness.  Vedic techniques reflect the full range of natural healing practices for body and mind, including diet, herbs, bodywork and lifestyle recommendations, along with special Yogic methods for unfolding higher capacities of the senses and awareness.

Vedic technology is a technology of awareness that helps us work upon ourselves with the tools of our own mind and heart.  We can access inner energies of body and mind through sound therapy and yoga, developing our inner senses which can reveal more about the nature of reality than our most sophisticated cameras and screens.  The purpose of this inner Vedic technology is to provide tools that are rooted in our own awareness, so that we need not be dependent upon outer technologies or experiences to find happiness. This inner technology can be used to calm the mind, energize the body and bring peace into society.

Heal yourself and the Rainforest!

Most people agree that a solution must be found for saving the Amazon rainforest from deforestation and the hunting of its creatures, Bhagavatamrita has actually decided to do something about it.

The ambitious Community Food Forest Reserve is based on ancient indigenous rainforest harvesting techniques and is managed by the local indigenous Kichwa community alongside a team of international volunteers.  Bhagavatamrita is continuously supporting the Foundation not only logistically, but financially through his therapy work. If you would like to make an extra donation to help enlarge the reserve please do so on the following crowdfunding page:
